What is a Midlife Nutrition Clarity Session?

My Nutrition Clarity Session is a personalized, one-on-one experience designed to help you understand how your current nutrition may be supporting — or unintentionally sabotaging — your hormones during perimenopause and menopause.

This isn’t generic advice.

It’s a compassionate, data-based look at your real life, your real food, and your real symptoms.

Together, we look at your body through a hormone, metabolism, and gut health lens so you can stop guessing and start making informed, supportive choices.

This session is for you if you:

  • Feel like your body has changed and you’re not sure why

  • Are struggling with weight, low energy, cravings, mood, or sleep

  • Have tried “eating healthy” but aren’t seeing results

  • One private 1:1 clarity session with me
